Potential Grantees

ONDCP and SAMHSA plan to release a new 2009 DFC Request for Applications (RFA) on this website by noon on Monday, January 12, 2009.  The FY09 RFA is currently in the Federal clearance process, and the release date is tentative pending final approval.

In anticipation of meeting the target release date, ONDCP and SAMHSA are planning a series of FY09 DFC Application Workshops in the following five locations across the United States:

• Thursday, January 29th, Phoenix, AZ
  
• Monday, February 2nd, Portland, OR
  
• Wednesday, February 4th, Milwaukee, WI
  
• Friday, February 13th, Washington, DC **
  (**This workshop is held in conjunction with the CADCA Forum**)
  
• Thursday, February 19th, Tampa, FL

Workshops will begin with registration at 8:00 a.m. and conclude by 4:30 p.m.  We will post a draft agenda to this site in the coming days.  For more details and to register click here.

In early February, we will post to this site a copy of the training materials and an audio file of the Phoenix training event to assist you in responding to the RFA.

FY09 DFC grant funding is contingent on Congressional appropriations.
